All rentals are for a 48-hour rental period. Requesting this item will not reserve it. Once your Rental Request has been submitted and you receive confirmation of submission, we'll confirm availability within 24 hours and send you a rental agreement + payment link for your deposit to confirm your order.
A deposit equal to 50% of your total rental cost (minimum $50.00) is required to reserve your equipment and secure your date. A valid credit card is also required for a pre-pickup authorization to cover the full replacement cost of the equipment, but won't be charged unless equipment is returned damaged, late, or missing.
Your remaining balance is due in full no later than 14 days before your event. If you book within 14 days of your event, 100% of your total rental cost is due at booking.
Cancellations made 21+ days before your event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made 15-20 days before your event receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of your event forfeit the deposit in full and incur an additional $50.00 cancellation fee.
